Company Information
The company
was established on March 3, 1993, as Alamo City Fire & Security.
In May 2001, the company incorporated as Alamo Integrated Systems, Inc.
(AIS) The products and services provided by our company include, but are not
limited to, Video Surveillance, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Fire
Alarm Detection, and Badging Systems. AIS provides everything from Design
Consulting, Procurement, Installation, and optional extended maintenance of
all products we support.
AIS is a women-owned small business with
a diversified staff of Technicians and Engineers available to match specific
technology to customer goals. Our expertise in this area allows us to present
innovative technical solutions to meet the customer demands. As an example, we
wrote a custom software interface for Fort Sam Houston Army Base to provide
them a simple mouse-driven interface to control their CCTV, access control,
and Digital video recorder. The staff duty officer can now operate the system
with minimal knowledge and see both real-time and pre-alarm video
simultaneously, providing proactive video assessment based on Identicard
sensor inputs.
AIS has
excelled in the Electronic Security market due to our ability to provide high
performance, quality systems at a fair price. Our 7x24 technical support has
allowed us a prolonged business relationship with our customer base, due to
our “customer first” attitude. The philosophy of the company is
“Keep the customer happy, and this will lead to future business
