Alamo Integrated Systems, Inc. not only operates its service policy on a 24-7 basis, but also on a multi-year Extended Maintenance Contract basis. During a traditional customer warranty period, any AIS customer may sign an extended maintenance contract. Generally, this solidifies the contract term, items covered, labor and other considerations. Extended maintenance contracts provide our customers the added security of long-term, anytime, full-service support. AIS will charge any service calls/visits arranged under the maintenance contract by the agreed upon terms and rates.
